Winter Book Club Discussion

Please join us on Wednesday nights at 6:30 for a deep discussion on this fiction book about women in the lineage of Jesus Christ:
"In this compilation of the five books of the best-selling Lineage of Grace series by Francine Rivers, we meet the five women whom God chose--Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, Bathsheba, and Mary. Each was faced with extraordinary--even scandalous--challenges. Each took great personal risk to fulfill her calling. Each was destined to play a key role in the lineage of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World."

Lineage of Grace can be purchased in paperback, electronic, new, and used versions on Amazon, Christianbook, and other sites.  Please pick up your own personal version before Jan. 17, 2018.  We do not have this book in our GCC library.

(This book replaces the original choice of Divine by Karen Kingsbury because it is more appropriate for group discussion/application.  We apologize if some of you have already purchase Divine, itself an amazing book for individual reading)

Book Club discussion

It's not too late to join our Wednesday night book club where we are discussing Francine Rivers' book, The Atonement Child.  It's an emotional tale about a young college student who is raped, and is trying to grapple with her thoughts & prayers about abortion while the people around her that she loves give her all kinds of advise.  Jump right in to join us in room 106 at 6:30 at GCC!
